I made my first chicken salad today from this wonderful recipe.
This is a big step for me! I cut RAW chicken without hurting myself, cooked it, and shredded it... with my fingers!
Then, I used a grater, again w/o hurting myself.
This shredded awesomeness has chicken, Fuji apple, carrot, chive cheddar, mayo, plain yogurt, onion, parsley, mustard powder, curry powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
I'm so proud of myself when I cook. Even if its this simple.
